Rise & Shine Carnival 2013

The Rise & Shine Carnival 2013 held at the Lawn on 3rd March drew an overwhelming number of parents and children, setting a record for the largest breakfast picnic turnout ever in the Singapore Book of Records!

Over 2,000 people turned up for the event on a lovely Sunday morning and by 8.30AM, The Lawn was filled with excited children and families.

Dr Amy Khor joined the 2000+ parents and children at the Carnival as the certificate for breaking the record of Largest Breakfast Picnic Turnout was given out to Rise & Shine representatives Joan Ong and Wilson Ng.

It was an action-packed Sunday morning for parents and kids as they soaked in the carnival’s exciting line up of activities, comprising bouncing castles, balloon sculpting, face-painting, photobooths, origami, health screenings, sports tryouts, product sales, giveaways, and more. A highlight was definitely the Yummy Mummy Yummy Baby contest which saw mothers and their kids strut the stage in dazzling style! Our families were also treated to stellar dance and choir performances as well as pediatric massages and nutritional food demonstrations on stage.

The Rise and Shine Carnival was a testament to our event partners who were firsthand witnesses of Rise and Shine’s dedication and expertise in organising meaningful events, grounded in the vision to raise healthier, happier and brighter children!
